Deutsche Bank‘s commitment to diversity has led to the establishment of diversity teams functioning worldwide since 1999. The Global Diversity team is located in Frankfurt, London and New York.
All team members are aligned to the eight business units as well as to global practices in a matrix structure.The global team works divisionally and cross-functionally as diversity consultants and reports directly to the Vorstand of the Bank.
The main goal is to mainstream diversity practices into all relevant business processes and to create a work environment that embraces differences.
