The workforce of BP Germany represents approximately 10% of the employee population of the company, making it the third largest concentration of BP staff globally. Nearly 90% of the staff in Germany is new to BP. Our businesses in Germany span several streams with their respective strategies in many locations across the country.
In Germany, the ability to reach our global D&I vision will require focused and tailored efforts, giving us the ability to leverage best practices across those businesses.
