When we use the term inclusion, we are referring to intentionally broadening and being willing to accept the varieties of ideas, knowledge, perspectives, approaches and styles of people who participate and contribute. By creating an inclusive environment, people will feel encouraged to participate and contribute to their full potential. There is no place for favouritism or disrespectful behaviours and zero tolerance for harassment, unlawful discrimination, or hate.
