Air Products has established a Global leadership team (EFD) with Diversity Management Structure that includes a European manager for Diversity. The management team has adopted Leadership Standards of Behaviour
that support the Diversity vision.
This commitment has also lead to a large-scale training programme which is currently being delivered to all 17,000 employees. By mid 2003, 14,000 employees will have attended a full-day session. The curriculum was developed in the United States, then tailored to the European environment and subsequently to 15 European countries and languages.
